Hello,
My name is Ayaka from Tokyo, Japan.
I live in Churchlands with my 9-year-old son.

My son attend the Japanese School in City Beach, and I’m studying at a college in the CBD, so we are looking for a place with convenient access to both.

I also work remotely as a UI/UX designer for Japanese clients, mainly in the evenings and at night, so we are usually away from home during the day. My son is a little shy, but he is calm and polite.

We are tidy, take good care of our belongings, and respect shared spaces. We also value privacy, follow household rules, and enjoy living in a positive and cooperative environment.

I would be grateful to know if it would be possible to rent with my child, and if there are any conditions for families with children.
