I’m a full time student looking for a room to rent preferably in lightsview, my budget is around 250 a week. I’m clean, respectful, and easy-going. I don’t smoke or drink, and I keep shared spaces tidy and quiet.
I’m ideally looking for a calm household with a respectful housemate, I'd very much rather have 1 roommate only.

I’m responsible with rent and bills and generally keep to myself, but I’m also friendly and easy to get along with.
