Hey, I’m Matt 30 years old and a chef by trade, currently transitioning into a new full-time role. I’m pretty chilled, easy to live with, and very respectful of other people’s space and routines., I’m used to keeping a home clean, organised, and comfortable for everyone.

Day-to-day I’m more low-key than party, I like the gym, beach, cooking, catching up with friends, and just keeping a good routine. I’m social and friendly but also totally fine doing my own thing, so I’m easy to live with no matter the vibe.

I’m open to living with either males or females, the only thing that really matters to me is good house manners: being tidy, respectful, mindful of noise, and keeping the shared spaces nice for everyone. If the home has a relaxed, considerate energy, I’m all in.

I’m planning on moving in January and would love to find a place that feels comfortable and easy for everyone.
