Hi! I'm 43, and work every day in community aged care, plus I have a little photography business on the side. I have just relocated to Hobart for personal family reasons and am seeking a 6-12mth lease of a granny flat or studio/1 bed unit preferably. I have rent and bond ready and I will need it empty as I have my own stuff on its way. I will be buying later next year again so just needing it for upto 12mths til I can find the appropriate place to buy and get settled into my new job etc.
Am flexible in location, but preferable within 30min drive to Hobart CBD. I require my own space , so a granny flat or studio is suffice, but would like off street parking , ( carport or garage bonus) proper kitchen and bathroom and air con/heating a must. If you have anything you think may be suitable please let me know! I am very clean and tidy and treat my rentals as my own, I have no pets or little kids ( my son is a teenager and lives in Qld)

Due to previous sharing history and major anxiety I am only looking to live alone at this stage.
