Hi!
I’m looking to team up and rent a dual living property. If you are seeking the benefits of sole living but without the high independent cost, this could be the ideal solution. Ideally would find a two level property where we both have our own level.
I’m 45 and live a busy life but quiet at home.
I have two teenage sons who are with me week on, week off. Life is busy with outside sport activities when they are home.
I also have two miniature schnauzers so dog lovers a must. I would be responsible for taking care of the yard.
I travel away for work quite regularly so you can expect to have the place to yourself approximately 1/4 of the time.
