I’m 25 and just moved here from New Zealand, I’ve got a job so paying rent isn’t a problem,

I like to keep my areas tidy and respect the rest of the household. I’m not a party house kinda guy but I love to have a cheeky beer or two with the flat.

I like to have a gym close by hopefully so that I can say “ah I’ll just go gym tomorrow” every day for 2 months until I finally drag myself to it

I also like to fail at cooking basic dishes until i inevitably open up some boxed Mac n cheese so a place with a solid kitchen is a big plus
