Good morning beautiful humans,
I am looking for a home for myself and my two 8 year old cats
Aiming for closer to Mornington but open to anywhere from St Kilda to Rye (Alone or with housemates)
$300pw would be the max, aiming for less than that.

We currently live on a gorgeous equestrian in a little flat, that would be awesome to find something similar again but open to all and everything so long as there is some form of backyard.

About us:
Cats are well trained with using their litter, love pats on their own terms and will try and manipulate you to get food with their cuteness, I also will do that. (Kidding)
I love all things music, have a range of instruments and equipment that you will hear if you decide to live with me
I am a tidy person and would love to live with tidy people, I generally am asleep from 10pm-6am.
Trying to get more into running and exercising.
I enjoy being indoors as much as I enjoy being outdoors, I am big on open communication. I love to make noise but also love my silent time too.

Open to any questions that may come with the idea of me moving in with you or if other people feel called to rent something together I am open to that too
