Hi, I am a student currently completing a degree in computer science at RMIT. I also work part-time doing food deliveries. I'm pretty relaxed and keep busy during the week. On the weekends I enjoy sport, gaming, drinking and music among other things. I hope my profile appeals to you, and please feel free to contact me. Thanks, Daniel
Heya, Looking for someone to team up with in the Bayside. I'm a clean and tidy housemate, friendly, fun, easy going, professional and respectable. Like to make a sociable easy going home - generally prefer some conversations with music over TV BUT I respect personal space and enjoy a place where it's easy to go off and do your own thing/watch your own tv show etc. Brooklyn Nine Nine anyone? Have lived with a number of housemates and have made some great friends in the process. I work full time as a firefighter (4 days on 4 days off) and usually busy on my days off too doing Body Pump, martial arts, swimming, riding, music or visiting friends and family on the coast. So you will get plenty of your own time in a house with me. I have some furniture, so happy to provide or split the goods - I'm flexible with what works. Looking for a potential 2 or 3 bedroom place with a total of 2 or 3 people :)
hello, I am student looking for a private room, since november until february. It could be a bungalow.
I'm a 21 year old professional Pilot and have recently found a full time job in Melbourne. I'm Kiwi by birth so if you have a problem with an All Blacks Jersey in the house then I'm not your guy. I have been flatting for 4 years already and enjoy having my own space but also making memories with new friends. As one might imagine as a pilot, I am organised, easy going, and pay rent on time; I can also cook up a storm. Likes: Sports (like every sport, I have this passion and competitiveness that draws me to it) Outdoor activities Honestly I'm one of those guys that likes almost everything and everyone (classic extrovert) Going out with mates for a 3am Maccas run or a casual brunch and spin a few yarns Silence every once in a while Love exploring new environments (if you can surf, teach me) Beer, wine. BBQ Music - Song writing and performing (all kinds from pop to christian) Cooking ## prefer a big room ## Dislikes: Horror Movies - cant even watch Wallace and Gromit 2 minute noodle dinners... 7 nights a week Leaving dishes out for a whole 1 week Key to being a good Flat Mate? Pay rent Be considerate and Understanding of others - they are human as well Always be a wing man when you can ;) Don't touch my donuts Watch sports together and get super heated and share a laugh ## prefer a big room ##

Hi, my name is Pip, I'm looking for accommodation in the bayside area as of early November but can be available from any time from now on. It is for myself only, I don't have any pets and I'm looking for long-term stay. I'm easy to get along with, I like a tidy house and respect others. I spend a lot of time with my family here in Bayside and have a wonderful group of friends whom I walk, go to movies and dine out with. I love to travel and often return back to NZ to see my family there. I have been renting here in the bayside for over 4 years and have a good record of stability. I'd love to hear from you if you are looking for someone.

I am from Sydney. However, 2018 has been the year that I have called Melbourne home. As a housemate you can expect someone who is tidy, has the kitchen smelling fragrant with a variety of different foods. Also I am pretty quiet and usually don't go to bed very late. I have done some travelling outside Australia and it has really made me appreciate what incredible nature we have here, and just a short drive from the city! Therefore, while I am in Melbourne, I want to explore as much of the surrounds as possible and get to know Victoria. I am already in love with the Dandenong Ranges and I know there are many other places close to Melbourne that I want to explore. For me, it's important to have a connection with my future housemates so that we can work on creating a harmonious living space. This also ties in to how long I want to stay in my new location. It can all be worked out on a case by case basis, but for now, I am prepared to give a 6 month commitment. Get in touch, because we won't know how it may work out until we meet. Thanks :)
I have just recently travelled over from England (yorkshire) i was a self employed electrician and have come over on a working holiday visa, Currently under casual employment. We are 2 really chilled people! I like to clean and organise (not too much, don’t worry) we are both clean and healthy people, and we are also quite desperate for a room as the house we are renting in now is being demolished soon. I work so will have no problems with paying my rent. We both have our own cars, love animals and people and are very friendly. We come with a 4 month old puppy.

Hi there! My name is Gennaro. I am a respectful, open minded, easy going and fun loving guy. I keep my home reasonably clean, enjoy a bit of cooking and don't mind a little gardening. I am happy doing my own thing but also welcome friendly interaction. I love all things creative and am an aspiring rock musician. It is very important to me to play in my free time, I will need space to accommodate a piano, organ and queen sized bed. It would be great to meet some like minded people who value having fellow creative souls around. That said I am conscious of my community, respect sound regulations and am generally flexible and considerate of the schedules of others. URGENT Looking for a home ... I AM VERY EASY TO LIVE WITH AND HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR. I HAVE A WELL BEHAVED 14 YEAR OLD DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT, SO IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THEY ARE HAPPY AND SAFE AND HAVE A LITTLE SPACE ... I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom, and offstreet parking. I am very flexible with the location and I do have my own furniture. I am a writer/director working on the final draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot the film 2019, I am in the process of raising the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours, I pay my bills and rent on time. At the moment I will be writing from home so a study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio would be cool, I am also studying film editing on final cut pro. I am flexible with moving dates and budget, but sooner rather than later would be good. Cheers Peita:)
Hey there - I'm a Melbourne local looking for a room to rent somewhere in Mentone/Parkdale/Mordialloc/Cheltenham and surrounds. I'm looking for a place to move into early December. I work full-time in social work in the Bayside Peninsula area. I like to interchange between getting the train and driving to work, so walking distance to a station is ideal. I often need to drive around Melbourne for work, including occasionally needing to bring a work car home with me, so a requirement for me is definitely having parking available, whether off-street or on-street :) I'm tidy, clean and quiet - I work weekdays and spend my weekends generally relaxing, cooking, visiting family and going out with friends. I enjoy chatting with my housemates and having a laugh but also enjoy winding down and spending time to myself. I love finding local brunch spots and bars - any recommendations greatly appreciated! I'm a (mostly) vegetarian but have no problems living with people who eat meat. I also like to try to live somewhat sustainably. Would love to live with people aged 20-30 who are also working full time! Or a combo of working + studying. I like living with people who are relaxed about having friends and partners over every now and then - within reason of course :) I love cats and dogs as long as they're trained and friendly!
I am a health care professional relocating to Melbourne to work full time at a Hospital. I love spontaneous road trips, hiking trails, and the occasional wine and cheese with card games. Reading a good novel by the beach, or drawing and painting is how I like to spend my days off work. I have been living in a share house for a few years now. I have respect for everyone's space, and love catching up over a glass of wine. If you want to know anything more about me, just ask. Contact me if you are also wanting to team up to apply for a rental :)
Hey there, I’m a full time uni student, who is presently working part time in the cbd. I start working full world in a couple of weeks, hence why I’m hoping to move closer to the city. I’m pretty laid back and quiet, I enjoy spending my spare time drawing, gaming or cooking.
Hi!! I am a brand new Kiwi who has recently moved to Melbourne about 2 years ago. Working as a pilot at Moorabbin Airport. Enjoy a few light beverages and going out in the weekend. Like my own space but also love chatting to friends. Love the gym and chilling out listening to music! Preferred areas somewhere around Moorabbin or Bentleigh area etc!
I’m looking preferably for someone to team up with otherwise to share with one person. I’m very easy going and am also respectful, trustworthy, reliable, clean, always pay my rent and bills on time and would need someone with the same mindset. I’ve been sharing with 3 awesome people and while they don’t want me to leave it was only ever a short term stint for me while I house hunted after being transferred interstate for 12 months. I would like to share with someone nice who’s easy going with a good sense of humour, likes to have fun and is reliable, trustworthy and considerate with good vibes. No candle or incense burning people please. For teaming up I’m only interested in people wanting to pay at least $300pw for something. If you don’t want to pay that much then it won’t work as we’d be looking for properties of differing calibre. That doesn’t mean we won’t find something great that happens to be less. For moving in it’s important that the place is clean, in good condition and well-maintained throughout. Polished boards or other non-carpet floor covering in living areas, ac, dishwasher, proper blackout blinds or curtains, no skylights, and a garage or carport. In my spare time you’ll find me at the gym, out with friends, holed up in my room catching up on work / watching the tennis / mucking around on my phone, pottering around in the kitchen or trying to catch up on sleep. I love to cook and like to eat healthily for the most part. Happy to eat together or do our own thing. I have some furniture, TVs / DVD recorders, white goods, kitchenware etc if we need it but it can just as easily stay where it is - in storage at work. Flexible re suburbs and move date - happy to commence as soon as we find something. Also flexible re length of stay though an initial 3-6 months is the minimum needed for teaming up.
