Very clean and quiet, spend 90% of my time at work, at the gym or sleeping. Always happy to have a chat with friendly housemates.
Hey guys! I am moving back to Victoria on the 15th September for a year or so for work and looking for some easy going house mates to live with :) Flexible on areas, as long as it's not too far from Moorabbin Airport where I will be working and studying. I am Australian, friendly and clean to live with, studying in Aviation and working Part-Time at Honey Birdette at the moment (Sydney). I am looking for easy going people, that may like to have a drink or two together or listen to music, go hiking on weekends or to the beach, I do also like my quiet alone time as well though. Also love dogs so if you have a dog even better haha! Anyways, message me if you want to know more 😁
Hey! So I'm originally from the lovely island of Sri Lanka, but I've lived in England and Wales briefly when I was younger, and I've ended up here in Melbourne to do my undergrad. Currently living in a wonderful sharehouse in Clayton but my lease ends in October, and I'm keen to change things up a bit! I'm honestly not too fussed about where you live, as long as it's a decent distance from Clayton (where I'm doing my placement) and my housemates are easy going... And I'm open to team-ups too. As for what I do for fun, as cliché as this sounds, I love exploring. I'm the person who sees cool places on Instagram and ends up driving there (I kid you not hahah). On some Fridays, I'll head off to the city, on others I'll head off to hibernate. Oh and I have a good stock of Sri Lankan spices handy hahah.
Hi I'm Brigitte and I'm looking for accomodation in Melbourne. - I'm 27yrs old and from Sydney. - a non-smoker. - a part-time shift worker (12pm-8pm and 8pm-4am shifts). - and an online student (Bachelor of Education). I am moving to Melbourne as I have been offered a new job with Crown Casino (I have worked as a gaming dealer at The Star casino for the past 7yrs). My new role requires me to work a rotating day/night roster. I am also an online student, this usually takes up about 20hrs of my time per week. As a tenant I would describe myself as quiet, reliable and clean.
I'm 27, friendly and easy going. I love movies so would love a buddy to go to the cinema with. I play tennis and basketball so I'm fairly into fitness but I'm not a gym nut. I enjoying hanging out with friends and would hope to have them over occasionally for a drink. I'm trying to start my own decluttering business so yes i actually enjoying cleaning...tick. I'm a casual relief teacher right now so I'm good with kids and pretty patient. I'm usually always up for a chat but i do enjoy just relaxing in my room watching netflix :) I'm not a smoker and not really keen to live with people who are. Oh and I'm allergic to cats...so no cats please. I'm fairly flexible with my move in date as I am keen to move out this year at any stage when I feel like the place and people are right for me :)
My name is Annika and I am a laid back and outgoing student from California, United States of America! I'm doing a study abroad program at Deakin Burwood starting in January, but wanted to enjoy a few months in Australia before my program begins (I will be looking to move in to a room September 13th). I visited Australia in May which is what made me want to do this - I loved the environment, the food, and of course the people. During my stay I will be taking online classes from my school back in America, spending time in Melbourne, and working as well. I'm a very clean, organized and easy to live with individual. I look forward to hearing from you!

I am a real easy going, friendly guy who is generous and considerate of others. Always happy to help out and go out of my way for others. I am clean, tidy, healthy and happy to meet new people and be social. My circumstances have recently changed and need to find a new place to live whilst I find my feet but expect this to be a minimum of 6 months!
Hi, I'm Tom who works for a local school full time in Mentone. I love playing tennis, mixed netball and basketball. I also enjoy watching sport and relaxing with family and friends.
I'm a clean, responsible housemate, looking for a share house the same. I'm pretty quiet during the week, as I work long hours, but enjoy a nice chat about anything. Don't mind a few drinks and socialising during the weekends
I am moving to melbourne from interstate to take part in a graduate nursing program at Monash hospital. Looking for a young fun house but who will also respect the fact I will be doing shift work!
I'm honest, friendly, easy to get along with though I do tend to keep to myself and always clean up after myself. I'm new to house sharing but due to how my life has played out over past few years I really need to find some sort of accommodation that has some security behind it and not find myself having to move again in a couple weeks or months time. I have been doing domestic cleaning for myself for over 10 years and still do some cleaning for a couple of clients from when I had my own small business. I work five days a week at a butchers/deli in Hampton starting at midday and finish at 6pm each night. Once I've been able to obtain accommodation in or around my preferred locations my hours at work will be increased. I don't own a car, therefore I do walk a lot, around 160km a month plus I also rely on public transport.
Hi, I am 33 F. Working in a law firm in Brighton. I also teach Yoga & Meditation some week days and on Sunday. I have a 13 year old dog Chloe who as you can imagine is quite old and loves to sleep all day. I am social but also respect another's privacy. I love to cook and always happy to share a meal :)

Mainly SE Asia and Europe. Now that I am back in Melbourne long term I am looking for a new place to call home. Hey I’m Tekea! I’m originally from New Zealand but I’ve lived in Melbourne Australia almost my entire life. I’m very down to earth, polite and respectful & considerate of others privacy and wellbeing. Easy to get along with and also a clean freak. Love to cook & have a laugh every now and then. I work fulltime And play sports on the weekend so you’ll probably wouldn’t notice me around the house cause I’m always on the go.
VERY URGENTLY LOOKING FOR A HOME I HAVE 2 WEEKS TO FIND A PLACE ... I AM VERY EASY TO LIVE WITH AND HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR I ALSO HAVE A WELL BEHAVED 14 YEAR OLD DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT, IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THEY ARE HAPPY AND SAFE AND HAVE A LITTLE SPACE ... LOCATION NOT THAT IMPORTANT. I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom, and I am very flexible with the location I am more interested in having a home rather than just a room. I am a writer/director working on the final draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot the film 2019, I am in the process of raising the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours, I also pay my bills and rent on time. At the moment I will be writing from home so a study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio would be helpful but not a deal breaker as I am looking for an office this year. I am studying film editing on final cut pro. I am flexible with moving dates and budget. Cheers Peita:)
I am doing my honours degree this year and needing a relatively quiet place to live. I’m easy going, very neat and wanting a relaxing place to come home to.
Hello, I'm a software professional working full time. Most of the time, I'm occupied with my work. I'd like to keep the place neat and tidy. I'm quite in nature but also friendly and fun loving person. I'm currently looking for shared accommodation closer to my work (Cheltenham). Thanks.
Hi! I am a friendly, respectful, kind, considerate, warm, fun, communicative, genuine, honest and reliable person and I have lots of house sharing experience. I’m easy going, flexible, clean and tidy and enjoy sharing. I am respectful of other people’s needs, interests, privacy and appreciate both social and quiet times. I enjoy meeting people from different cultures. Currently, I work in human rights - refugees. I’m an active and positive person, am interested in health and live on a plant-based diet. I go out Salsa and Latin dancing regularly and have a broad interest in ideas, music, culture, the arts, film, nature and the environment. Love to be near the sea, trees, parks and gardens and go for walks.
Hi there, I'm an Industrial Designer and Photographer, friendly and sociable, play squash and enjoy the coastal lifestyle. Love to share a meal and a drink, also respect others' space and privacy. Please contact me about starting a new sharehouse together. Cheers Josh.
I’m looking preferably for someone to team up with otherwise to share with one person. I’m very easy going and am also respectful, trustworthy, reliable, clean, always pay my rent and bills on time and would need someone with the same mindset. I’ve been sharing with 3 awesome people and while they don’t want me to leave it was only ever a short term stint for me while I house hunted after being transferred interstate for 12 months. I would like to share with someone nice who’s easy going with a good sense of humour, likes to have fun and is reliable, trustworthy and considerate with good vibes. No candle or incense burning people please. For teaming up I’m only interested in people wanting to pay at least $300pw for something. If you don’t want to pay that much then it won’t work as we’d be looking for properties of differing calibre. That doesn’t mean we won’t find something great that happens to be less. For moving in it’s important that the place is clean, in good condition and well-maintained throughout. Polished boards or other non-carpet floor covering in living areas, ac, dishwasher, proper blackout blinds or curtains, no skylights, and a garage or carport. In my spare time you’ll find me at the gym, out with friends, holed up in my room catching up on work / watching the tennis / mucking around on my phone, pottering around in the kitchen or trying to catch up on sleep. I love to cook and like to eat healthily for the most part. Happy to eat together or do our own thing. I have some furniture, TVs / DVD recorders, white goods, kitchenware etc if we need it but it can just as easily stay where it is - in storage at work. Flexible re suburbs and move date - happy to commence as soon as we find something. Also flexible re length of stay though an initial 3-6 months is the minimum needed for teaming up.
Hi my names Costa, im 25 born and raised in Melbourne and currently living with a family member short term. Im look for a clean place to stay with a friendly bunch of people with a large room possibly with a bathroom for me and my dog Bruno (miniature aussie bulldog cross staffy) . He is small(10kg) and well trained but would prefer to be the centre of attention as only animal in the home. I work full time and i get plenty annual leave which gives me lots of time to get stuff done. Im a clean person and I can cook a fair bit when I want. I have a secure job so payments will always come on time. Im friendly and down to earth person. Im also into fitness and living healthy. I would like to move sometime in August so hit me up and we can chat!
I’m ULTRA Tidy! I’m a neat freak, love everything to have it’s place. I enjoy cooking at home and happy to share! Eating alone isn’t as good as sharing a meal. I enjoy running keeping active and routine. I work hard and long hours as a female tradie lady, in construction as a labourer. Showing the boys girls can do it too! So am a little handy round the house and enjoy DIY, sewing, gardening and interior design. I’m generally just a happy person. I often am that person that is always helping someone out or happy to do what I can. It’s nice to be nice. I enjoy company and friendly chats & glass of red wine after work. After that I’m usually straight to sleep. Up early for the next day. I like my environment to be comfortable organised and clean. I am a smoker but that can be outside. I also would like to get a cat maybe in the future but don’t have one atm moment. I’m talk 6 months down the track :) Meoweww 🐾🐾🐾🐱 I enjoy a chat if I have the time and like being around interesting ppl. Im a great communicator. As I find this is the most effective way to prevent any hiccups in flats, work and life. Speaking openly and respectfully with everyone helps keeping everyone informed and unstanding each other is a MUCH better way to help us live in this world together happily and respectfully. Hence saying this I prefer to call as opposed to a miillion mesages. If you can’t or won’t pick up the phone to talk about moving in etc don’t bother. How can I move in with someone who won’t answer as phone call. Call me old school but gezzz we never used to be so scared of answering the phone it really gets to me and I find it really rude. I enjoy swing dancing classes when I can and have travelled the world by myself making me a citizen of the world and love new cultures and countries. You can learn so much from travelling. Anything else just ask me. :) thank you and hope to hear from you
Hey there! I'm Nick, 22, looking for a place a little closer to work. I live in Ballarat but work in a Piercing and Tattoo studio in Prahran which is a fair distance to travel each day. I work five days a week, but when i'm not at work, i love to play music and also enjoy cooking and food in general. Going out to gigs and events i enjoy, so finding flatmates that want to hang out together would be great. I'd be bringing with me my own queen size bed, a desk, guitar and a TV if need be, so a decent sized room would be perfect. I'm pretty easy going, always up for a chat and respectful of other peoples space. Message me if you want to know anything else!
Happy to share household & garden duties, but prefer my own living space if possible. Shared kitchen not a problem. I work in Banking & my girlfriend & I love the movies, eating out & travelling.
Hello there my name is Alex. I was born in melbourne and have lived bayside for the last 18yrs. I work fulltime as a barista and I love to cook socialise and just kick back. I'm clean quiet and enjoy maintaining a herb garden. I enjoy music and the odd glass of wine over a nice meal. I'm responsible easy to get along with and respectable. I look forward to meeting u!!
I'm a great fan of "peace and quiet" so I'm not interested in living in a "party house". I do a lot of reading and writing so I keep to myself mostly. Having said that I'm not adverse to occasional socialising with flatmates. I work full-time and don't have a problem with dogs or cats but DO have a problem with people smoking indoors. Also please note...I'm looking for accommodation ANYWHERE in the suburbs of Melbourne. The Flatmates profile insists you specify particular suburbs so I've just put "Melbourne". In fact I'm looking in ALL suburbs.
