Hi there!

**Two bedrooms required**

I’m new to Brisbane, originally from Broome WA, and looking for somewhere to call home while I find my way here. I'm hoping to find a welcoming and respectful household to share during this time, and ideally meet some like-minded people along the way!

I’m a full-time mum to my sweet young son, who will start Kindy part-time in 2026. Around then, I’ll also be returning to Uni part-time to complete a Bachelor of Psychology. There is some child-free time - every second weekend for three days. My son is also on the autism spectrum - he’s a quiet little guy who enjoys his own space, and I tend to be the same. That said, I’m friendly, approachable, and always up for a chat/movie/drink when the vibe is right.

My location preferences are pretty broad, due to different Kindy and Prep locations, but something not too far North or West will do for the next 12 months at least. We’ll go wherever feels like the right fit! Given my sons special needs, the right housemate/s are paramount, and I will happily discuss with you in more detail what that could look like.

I’m hoping to connect with others, get advice on what to do around Brisbane, and build a bit of a community. I do love to get out and about, exploring nature or finding cool cafes by day, and dressing up to enjoy some live music by night. Otherwise, I’m a classic homebody. I like to play Jazz while I clean, and will dance and sing when no one else is home. I also enjoy cooking (happy to share meals) and love making a house feel like a home - which should be a place you feel at peace.

I have a cuddly cat, she’s a bit chunky, and very chill. If there's space, I'd love to set up an outdoor cat run for her. I have a full house of furniture, including whitegoods, in storage at the moment so if you are looking for a team up or just don't have your place fully furnished yet - this would be ideal for me. Otherwise I can keep my things in storage or move them on if need be.
