Hi there!

Two bedrooms required or master bedroom with a double sized wardrobe and enough space for an additional single bed.

Looking for suitable accommodation for my 4 year old son and I while we settle back into Perth after some time away over East. No high rise apartments (safety concerns) and a small back yard of some description would be ideal but not necessary.

If you're looking for a team up or recently entered a new property I have a full house of furniture including new white goods. I will sell these otherwise.

Dates are flexible, we have friends and family in Perth. If we find a great fit, the stay could be 12+ months.

My son is a pretty quiet little chap. He'll be in Kindy and I'll be studying. There is child-free time every second weekend Thurs-Mon.

I take pride in my space, keeping things clean and tidy. I enjoy making a house feel like a home. I love to cook and share meals, I'm happy to socialise, but also enjoy my downtime. I'd love to share space with like-minded people.
