I'm from the UK on a working holiday visa, coming to Perth for the first time.

I'm an active and easygoing guy who enjoys the gym, cycling, and going for runs. I don't smoke, don’t have pets or kids, and I like to keep things clean and tidy.

I'll be working full-time as a Contract Administrator in construction, so I’ll be out of the house during weekdays and usually keen to relax in the evenings. I’m looking for a place with a friendly, social vibe. ideally with housemates who are up for a chat, a drink, or exploring Perth together now and then — but I also value personal space and quiet time too.

Would love to find somewhere clean, respectful, and chilled, with people I can get along with.
