Hello! My name is Sneeha, and I am a 33-year-old Master’s student at UWA. I’m currently working part-time at Get Chunky, a boutique cookie shop in Leederville, and am looking for a room to rent in or around Perth City.

As a person, I value kindness, cleanliness, and organization. A tidy and peaceful home is very important to me—after a busy day studying and working, I appreciate a calm space to relax and recharge. I’m easygoing, respectful, and always considerate of others’ privacy and personal space. I lead a quiet lifestyle, do not smoke, and am mindful about noise.

Ideally, I am looking for a room in a home with like-minded housemates who are clean, quiet, and respectful. I would love to share a house with people who take pride in their living environment and prefer cleanliness and mutual respect above all else. I am always prompt with rent and bills and have excellent references available from previous landlords.
