I’m a 47-year-old, easygoing and respectful guy living with two small hypoallergenic dogs who love people (my boy would charm anyone lol) No children or naughty habits. I’m clean, self-reliant, financially responsible and enjoy AFL, basketball, good eats and relaxed nights at home. I’m studying part-time online, on DSP and run a business start up.

I’m looking to team up for a calm, friendly home anywhere north of Melbourne outer suburbs (preferably but open to most areas within 30 minutes drive of Epping in a 3–4 bedroom place with a little space for my rugrats to sunbake and zoom about. Happy to contribute $260–$320week plus utilities. I have some furniture, whitegoods, and a home theatre projector/AV system — perfect for movie nights or watching the footy.

Not much of a drinker and prefer no big parties at home (though I do enjoy a good social catch-up). Open-minded and not fussed on gender or sexuality.
