Hi all,

I’m a 47-year-old, easygoing and respectful guy looking to team up with someone to secure a rental together in the Craigieburn, Kalkallo, Mickleham, Beveridge or Donnybrook areas.

The plan is to find a 3–4 bedroom townhouse/home in the $400–$430/week range, so we can split rent at around $200–$215 each per week, plus utilities.

I’m ideally looking for something secure, long-term and stable, with someone reliable who wants a calm, well-run household. The goal is to create a setup that works well for both of us financially and gives us a bit of breathing room each week.

A bit about me:
I’m clean, self-reliant, and financially responsible. I’m currently studying part-time online, on DSP, and working on a business start-up. I enjoy AFL, basketball, good food, and relaxed nights at home. Not much of a drinker, non smoker and not into party houses — I prefer a quiet, comfortable home environment.

I have two small hypoallergenic dogs — very friendly, well-behaved, and love people (my boy tends to win everyone over pretty quickly). They’ll need a small outdoor space to relax and have a run.

I can contribute furniture, some whitegoods, and a home theatre projector/AV setup — great for movie nights or watching the footy.
I have stable income and I’m ready to move forward with applications straight away.

I’m open-minded and easy to get along with — not fussed on gender or background. Just looking for someone trustworthy who values a relaxed, respectful home.

Looking to get something in place ASAP and happy to meet first, then inspect/apply for places together.
