I’m a 35-year-old Korean guy currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Real Estate Valuation while working part-time. I’m polite, respectful, and always mindful of others’ personal space and time.

Outside of studies and work, I’m passionate about the outdoors — I love surfing, fishing, and camping. I also enjoy staying active at the gym. At home, I’m non-smoking, clean, and prefer a calm, tidy space where I can recharge after my adventures.

I believe a home should be more than just a place to sleep — it should be a peaceful retreat where both housemates can feel comfortable and at ease. I’d love to share a space with someone who also values respect, cleanliness, and a relaxed lifestyle.
