I am clean, quiet & respectful, looking for a home that is same.

I am happy to have a chat, but I don’t feel the need to know everyone’s business.

I am respectful of people’s sleep schedules & make sure to be quiet and non obtrusive.

Generally I am just a Gen X nerd who likes to tinker with technology, and fix that which is broken.

Currently I work as a retail merchandiser, with a large territory in the Brisbane North East. I am like a taxi I drive everywhere.

Sadly leaving my previous share house, were my land lady lives down stairs. Unfortunately due to her health issues & the current economy she has made the difficult decision to sell her home, hence the reason I need to move on.

We have a good relationship & she is more than happy to provide a reference.

Currently paying $270 a week including bills, I have accepted that I will probably end up paying around $300 a week for my next place. Willing to pay a bit more if it’s the right place not to far from locations in my coverage area for work.

Availability to move in date is flexible.
