Looking for somewhere in Boondall, or near Strathpine/Joyner in the surrounding suburbs.

I am clean, quiet and respectful, looking for a home that is same.

I am happy to have a chat, but I don’t feel the need to know everyone’s business.

I am respectful of people’s sleep schedules and make sure to be quiet and non obtrusive.

Generally I am just a Gen X nerd who likes to tinker with technology, and fix that which is broken.

Currently I work as a retail merchandiser, with a large territory in the Brisbane North East. I am like a taxi I drive everywhere.

Sadly leaving my previous share house, were my land lady lives down stairs. Unfortunately due to her health issues and the current economy she has made the difficult decision to sell her home, hence the reason I need to move on.

We have a good relationship and she is more than happy to provide a reference.

Currently paying $270 a week including bills, I have accepted that I will probably end up paying around $300 a week for my next place. Willing to pay a bit more if it’s the right place not to far from locations in my coverage area for work, or close to my family in Joyner.

Availability to move in date is flexible.
