Due to leave current sharehouse in december but gained a job with high travel costs so might move before then.

I'm fond of focusing on books, quiet meditation, watching movies and tv shows, working on my business plans. I love a swim or a trip out to a park / relish time outside in the sunlight quite a bit.

I can pay two weeks bond in advance but will work to put aside more as the travel to work is eating into things. I may need help moving belongings but able to consider financial compensation for assistance or hiring help.

I do have my own furniture but, aside from the freezer, they can all fit without trouble in an unfurnished bedroom (or even a furnished one depending on how much space the furnishings that area already there actually take up).

I would love it if there is public transport access nearby, wifi/internet access. Also, a public library and shop nearby would be amazing but isnt necessary.
i was born and raised in wa and havent had a chance to travel outside of the country yet.
