Respectful almost 18yo young man just kicking off his adult life. Starting as an apprentice Electrian and moving out of home. He's clean, and mindful. He's not a party person, he likes the gym and beach.

Very quiet, just looking for same kind of home or granny flat. If possible, might have his family cat for 6months while mum sorts herself out (if possible, not a must).

I have written this for him as he's not got a FB profile. I will be sorting his rent, so that is not an issue.
