• Private bedroom in a female-only household
• Furnished with modern furnishing / décor
• Internet access
• Easy transport links & close to the beach 🌊
• Budget: up to $480 p/w (incl. bills)
• Lease: min. 4 months with potential to extend
• Move-in: from 30 October

Nice-to-haves (but not essential): en-suite bathroom, balcony.

I’m 23, originally from the UK, and I work in marketing. I live an active and sociable lifestyle (Pilates, gym, beach walks, brunches!) but also really value my own space and self-care time. Looking to find a welcoming and like-minded household to settle into when I arrive!
