I am a 44-year-old woman who works full-time as a Nurse (Monday-Friday shifts; office hours) and prefers living in a cozy granny flat/ studio, but would entertain a share-house, with own private room and bathroom. I am a non-smoker with no pets or children. I enjoy the tranquility of my own space; somewhere peaceful to be able to unwind after a busy day, and chill out on weekends. However, I am a friendly, easy-going person, who is up for a chat and a bit of a laugh. I pride myself on keeping a clean and tidy home space and treating it like a sanctuary. (I am looking for a 6mth lease, initially - with the view to a longer lease).
