Hi, I'm Toby, 25, originally from the UK and coming to the end of an incredible lap around Australia. I'm relocating to Newcastle because I'm ready to settle down, find full-time work, and build a life here - making friends, joining local communities, and calling it home.

I'm tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I've lived in several share houses before, so I understand the importance of keeping shared spaces clean, communicating well, and respecting everyone's privacy. Rent and bills are always paid on time, and I'm happy to do my share around the house.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me at the gym, exploring the coast, or trying to improve my surfing. I also create social media content around life in Australia, so every now and then I'll be in my room talking to a camera or editing videos, but it's all pretty low-key. I'm definitely a headphones-over-speaker person and always try to be mindful of everyone else in the house.

I'd love to find a friendly, social house where everyone gets along. It would be great to live with people who are up for the occasional communal dinner, beach trip, or pub night, while also respecting that everyone has their own routines and space.
