Hi, I’m Toby, 25, a full-time working professional who has recently relocated to Sydney and is looking to settle into a comfortable, long-term home.

What am I like to live with?
I’m tidy, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. Having lived in multiple house shares, I understand the importance of privacy, communication, and keeping a home clean and relaxed. I always pay rent and bills on time. Happy to contribute to household responsibilities.

I’m sociable and friendly — happy to have a chat or do activities together — but also very mindful of others’ space. (Definitely a headphones-over-speaker kind of person!)

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, getting outdoors, improving my surfing, and travelling.

I’m looking for a friendly and respectful house share, ideally close to public transport, where everyone values a positive and easy-going living environment.
