Hi! My name is Jake. I am a 27 year old male and I own my business called The Renters Agent. I am very passionate about my health and fitness, coffee lover and massive foodie. I am a very clean and tidy person and I am looking to live with liked minded people with similar interests. I would like to have my own space during the week as I am very career focused however come the weekend I enjoy being active, trying new things and having some drinks with friends. I also like to have a conversation and be sociable with the person I am living with and cook dinner together.
I work 10+ hours a day Monday- Friday I'm a qualified cook and very tidy in shared spaces + my own. Non smoker & only occasional drinker. I am a hobbyist photographer in my spare time & love the beach.

I am interested in starting a share house. Move in date is flexible (looking for work before moving up) & length of stay but prefer 6+ months
Hi there, I am a student who is currently seeking a room within the parameter of UON city campus. I am a outgoing individual who thoroughly enjoys the outdoors and visiting new places. I am a tidy individual who understands the importance of household chores! Cheers :) Thanking you!
Amelia, 26 - studying architecture and working casually in photography & babysitting Kieran, 30 - recently returned from NZ so currently on the job hunt (conservation/land management) Between us we like to take photos, skate, get to the beach, bake bread, have a cook up, go on camping or walking trips and drink a beer (or a few). We are happy to do our own thing, but a house where everyone can hang out and have a chat / beer / meal together every now and then is perfect. We are clean!
Currently I am working part time as an educator while studying law and arts full time in Newcastle and I'm looking for somewhere to move to for the new year! I'm neat and relatively organised, in my free time I watch a lot of the same Netflix shows, read when I can and enjoy generally exploring the city. Not a huge partier but that doesn't mean I won't enjoy the occasional casual after work drinks and snacks. For the most part I tend to keep to myself but can hold a conversation and 4/3 people surveyed say my sense of humour is delightful with an occasional dash of black comedy.
I am a single 52 yo female currently living in the Newcastle city area, I enjoy the city and beach lifestyle and work full time Newcastle. I enjoy being active and going out with friends but also love a bit of downtime. I'm down to earth and easy going and enjoy living with others.
Hello everyone! I am a psychology student coming from overseas and doing an internship in Newcastle! I would stay in Newcastle at least at mid of April! I am looking for furnished place and nice roommates who would like to spend time with each over! I am a tidy, openminded and responsible person. In my leisure time, I like doing sports (e.g. swimming, running) and cooking. However, I am not a party girl, even if I like to drink 1 glass of wine occasionally ;-) If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to send me a message :-)
Hi I’m Nikki! I’m a primary teaching student at uni. I love being outdoors, the beach, running, the gym, yoga etc. I also love a Netflix weekend every now and then too. I love hanging out and house dinners but also respect that we all need our own time too. :) I’m neat and tidy and reliable to help out with house chores. Send me a message if you think I’m a good fit!
Hey there! My name's Anna, I'm a 22 year old student at UoN and part time worker. I moved to Newcastle from Melbourne at the beginning of the year for a change of lifestyle - which always makes me sound like a retiree. I'm studying Geography and Environmental Ethics and it's not surprising to see me walking in a forest with bare feet or saying sweet things to the few vegetables I'm growing. I love music and art and I'm very crafty, I can sew and crochet and I love a bit of collage. I'm looking for a space of my own in a house in a central location close to the beach and some groovy, kind and clean housemates.
Hi, there My name is Paola, 25 years old, a former architect, doing postgraduate studies at UON, an international student from Peru. About myself: I consider myself friendly and clean after myself, I enjoy cooking and going for hikes or the beach, like going out from now and then but also appreciate quite reading/Netflix afternoons. Minded with personal space and privacy but always up for a friendly chat with coffee or wine. Pets are no problem for me as back home I have two dogs.
I'm making the move from Sydney to Newcastle in December for work. Looking to live with a house of social and tidy people who can equally enjoy each other's company as much as respecting their own time. I'm a fairly active person, so when not at work can be found on a bike with friends, having a coffee or down at the beach. During the week outside of work I am fairly low key. I also travel often for work, so will be away throughout the year, generally for about 10 days at a time. I'm eager to find a nice place within walking distance to the beach and cafe's/restaurants. Looking for a quality place, not just a hard and fast bargain.
I'm looking for a housemate or two to share an apartment. I am able to provide all furniture and appliances :) I am clean and tidy, am easy to get along with, and will be at Uni and work pretty frequently.
From the Central Coast looking to move back up to Newcastle end of November, once my university practicum has finished. I'm studying Occupational Therapy and working part time in Newcastle. I'm easy going, respectful and clean. I love my down time but also love a bit of banter and don't mind an occasional wine or two. Give me a message if this sounds like you 😊
I've been living and working in Newcastle for just over a year now, having finished a two year stint in Brisbane and the rest in Sydney beforehand. I'm currently working as a Business Analyst for a mining firm in Newcastle. This keeps me quite busy most hours of the week. After work you'll find me in the kitchen, winding down and prepping a C class meal before listening to some music or watching a little TV to chill out. Most days I'll be pretty dead from work, so i don't mind my own space, and will respect yours too. I do love a great chat over a beer or three, and don't mind the odd takeout trip, so happy to get out and about on the odd occasion. On the weekends I enjoy heading out and about, especially over the warmer months I'll be outside as much as possible, heading to the beaches or hiking. Every third weekend or so I'll be heading to Sydney to catch up with friends and family, which leads me into introducing you to Suki. Suki is about 17 years old and a short haired cat. She's a talkative cat and loves letting you know when she's hungry or keen for pats. She doesn't bit or scratch. A true gem. My girlfriend, Gen, will be working in Sydney for 2 years, starting in early Jan. We'll be cycling between trips to Newcastle for her and Sydney for me. Until we'll organise a fair split on rent for everyone.
Quiet, mature, vegetarian, non smoker. Just back from overseas. Not sure where I'll base myself long term. Have agency nursing work in newcastle and adelaide. Like to keep fit. Hope to get back on my bike and trying to start running. Love the bush. Garden and chooks a bonus.
I'm an optometrist in my first year of work looking for a place in Newcastle. Would like to live somewhere where common areas are kept reasonably clean and tidy. My main interest outside of work is olympic weightlifting, which keeps me busy after work most days so I'm not at home too much, but when I am I'm always down to hang out or just chat! Flick me a message if you think I'd be a good fit for your place. Cheers :)
I am a laid back easy to talk to young guy. I’ve worked hard my whole life and now I’m ready to go travelling. Will be coming to Australia on a working visa at the start of November. I’m hygienic and have a slight OCD so I’m very clean and tidy.
Hey, I'm Ash, currently looking for a change of scenery. I am 22 years old, fun and enthusiastic. I am clean and tidy, will most likely dance and sing around the kitchen. I enjoy hanging out with others and also understand the meaning of personal space and alone time. I love musical theatre, and sports!
Clean and tidy, easy to communicate with, non drinker, non smoker, don't have pets, pretty good cook, have a pretty on the go lifestyle and usually out doing sport, work or study. Have plenty of skills with gardening, property and house maintenance. looking to move into Newcastle to be closer to work, sport, friends and closer to the campus am currently I study at.
Hey! I'm Grant, I'm 24 and have just found a full time job (Graduate Hydrogeologist) in Newcastle. I currently live in Brisbane and am looking to move to Newcastle in Mid November to begin my new career (and life). I'm responsible, clean and tidy, non-smoker and fun to live with. I'm easy going, down to earth and looking to explore all that Newcastle has to offer. I'm keen to go hiking, camping, check out local brews and wines. Looking to get into sports in Newcastle as well, and generally be quite active.
Myself, Lindyn and Kiahni have been best friends since the start of high school, we have a really strong connection and get along so well, we have been living together for the past 2 months. We would be great to live with as we are all very respectful, quiet, clean and very easy going people. We pay our bills on time. We are very balanced people and not judgemental, also very understanding. We are clean freaks although I do not expect our flatmates to be the same. We aren’t really party animals but we don’t mind to go out for a drink. We all work full time so would hardly be at home other than weekends. So hopefully we sound like the perfect 3 to move into a place to call home 😊
Hi! We're Fanny and Nick. We are looking for a private room to rent in Newcastle for the next few months. Fanny is a 22-year old yoga teacher from Sweden and Nick is currently working at Drift Bikes whilst launching his own Holistic Health Consulting business. Fanny is also working at Peter Alexander, Kotara, over Christmas. Fanny has mostly lived in Sydney since moving to Australia in 2015 and Nick is born and raised in Newcastle. We both love being physically active through running, cycling, gym and yoga. We're also keen travellers, always planning for our next adventure across the globe... When we're not working or adventuring outdoors, we love to cook and bake healthy meals at home and relax with a good movie or tv-show. We're easy going, don't smoke, don't drink alcohol, we're clean and tidy, and don't have any pets! We hope to hear from you soon. :)
Hi, my name is Holly and I am a 19yo female looking to move to Newcastle from rural NSW. I have lived out of home since 16, so have a solid rental history with references, and I also know how to look after a shared space and respect other housemates. I am always down for a chat, however I do respect the need for downtime and privacy. I do not party often, however do not mind if you do, and I am extremely easygoing and happy to be a part of any lifestyle. If you have pets, I absolutely adore any kind of fur baby and would be more than happy to help look after and love it. I do not drink or smoke, but I don't mind if you do. My budget is a max of $300 per week including bills, however I do require my own private bedroom and bathroom. Thank you so much for your time.
Hi, Thanks for looking at my profile. I'm currently living in Sydney, moving to Newcastle in early 2019. Studying a degree in Counselling, working casually as a support worker. I enjoy minimal living, enjoy interior design, having fun and downtime to study and unwind from the day. Things that I love to do include hanging out with family and friends, involvement in church, going to the movies, watching tv and NRL, staying active and traveling. Thanks, Kayla :)
Just finished working on Hamilton island and looking to move back closer to family and friends. I’m very quiet, organised and clean! I work Monday to Saturday from 8am- 7pm. If I’m not working I’ll be at the gym or out exploring any hiking or walking trails, or even just playing my PlayStation. I love to keep to myself but I do appreciate my time with my friends!
