Currently on the Central Coast ,looking to move to Newcastle in April/ May as Im studying Midwifery at Newcastle Uni. I'm easy going, respectful and clean and don't mind an occasional wine or two.
I am an easy going, clean and active person, like living a healthy life and surf every day. Moving to newcastle to start uni in july 27th will also be working casualy. Looking for a place near the surf.
Current student studying podiatry. I work in medical industry currently and hospitality. Play AFL, soccer and mtb ride. Very active. Social and not alot of free time. Me in a nut shell.
Need a place before the 11th of April Currently taking a year off uni to earn some money. I'm super chilled, don't mind a few beverages on the weekend. Super clean and tidy in common areas. Own my own bedroom furniture and a BBQ. But could be able to take conch, dinning table and washing machine from current house, if needed.
Hello! I'm 25 years old, born and bred in Newcastle, and having just returned from overseas am looking for somewhere new to call home. Over the years I've lived with males and females, friends and strangers of varying ages, and in places ranging from 14 beds to cosy little terraces, so I'm very much aware of respecting personal space/possessions (but I also like to be social and have the odd dinner or share a bottle of wine or six when time permits). I'm in the final year of my degree this year (and working part-time) so I am looking for somewhere relatively chill whilst I'm up to my neck in study. I'm an easy-going and liberal kind of person so whatever you're into there's no dramas on my end, but I just can't be living in a trap house. I do also like to keep things pretty clean and tidy (within reason), so I'm looking to live with like-minded people in that regard. I'm very conscious of being respectful and cleaning up after myself properly, so to that end you're never going to find a dirty kitchen bench/sink full of dishes/washing machine full of half-damp laundry/bathroom sink full of beard when you get home and just want to relax. If you've got some kind of cleaning routine just let me know what you need me to take over and we're good. I stay pretty active and in my spare time I love to surf, run and box. On top of that I really enjoy cooking for myself and for others (I don't eat meat but it's just a personal choice and I couldn't care less if you do), and if I'm feeling lazy you can find me draped over a piece of furniture with a book at any given hour. Alternatively, if you have a pet I will spend the vast majority of my life patting it, and if it's a dog I'm very happy to run it for you if you ever need. Now that you have this riveting insight into my existence, please get in touch if you've got any questions or if you'd like to meet up for a drink/chat! Cheers.
Hey, I'm tayla! I am moving to Newcastle to work as a paramedic in April. I'm posted at Birmingham Gardens station so anywhere within reasonable driving distance is sweet. I'm easy going and sociable so looking for someone likeminded. I've lived in share houses and always enjoyed the social aspect of doing so. Ideally I'd like to live with someone I can get to know and have a laugh with. Give me a yell for more info :)
Hey! My name is Neeve, I'm 18 years old. I'm from Tasmania (and no before you ask I only have the one head!) I am currently working full time and will pursue full-time work in Newcastle as I take my gap year. I'm respectable, honest and easy to get along with. Like the majority of the population, I would be lost without my morning coffee fix. I love to bake and cook desserts, I love the beach and love both nights out and chilled nights in. I'm always up for a new challenge or experience. I am SO excited to move to Newcastle and can't wait for the new adventures and friends I'm going to make! I can't wait to move and look forward from hearing from you soon!
Tell us something I am a bit of a free spirit. I enjoy a reasonably healthy lifestyle, vegan, fitness and the outdoors. I also don't mind a good time come the weekend, anywhere with live gigs. To live with I am social but definitely enjoy my solo time (only child syndrome). I am hugely respectful of the living environment and personal space.
Hey! We're Sophie and Jacob. We are both studying full time at the University of Newcastle and working part time. We're both laid back people who are easy to live with but also clean/tidy and respectful of other peoples space and values. We are very interested in starting a new share house in Merewether. We both enjoy being outdoors, going to the beach and seeing friends, but we aren't party people. However we do hope to become friends with potential housemates and enjoy a glass of wine or beers with them. Message us for any specifics you'd like to know or if you're also interested in starting a new sharehouse.
I'm American , super adventurous and outgoing. I love to surf, explore, and meet new people! I'm super friendly and get on with most anyone. I'm just in Newcastle on a working holiday visa. Looking for somewhere within skating distance to the ocean. :)
I have ticked the smoker box but it's only when I'm at work or on a night out. I work in the mines. I currently live in muswellbrook but want to rent a 2 or 3 bedroom unit near the beach in Newcastle. I have a good sense of humor. I'm neat and tidy. No locked in moving date just waiting to find the right housemate. Ideally looking for a housemate that can afford around $300 - $350 per week each so we can rent a really nice place with great views. I have 2 kids but they don't live with me. I enjoy playing basketball and golf. I'm a pretty relaxed and easy going person.
G'Day! I am a 23 year old student currently in my final semester of Design in Melbourne and I am planning to chase the warmth and head up to Newcastle more or less straight after I finish (around July - August). I love the beach, skating, surfing, exercise and the odd frosty on a hot day. I am a pretty easy going guy, clean, sociable but also enjoy time to myself to unwind and relax.
Recently moved to Newcastle , looking for a place to stay for the year . Clean, tidy, reliable with rent . Non-smoker. Work full time with long hours but would love somewhere to be able to come home and relax . Not after a party house , but wouldn't mind the occasional dinners, drinks, activities with housemates, but also understanding and respectful of everyone's space and privacy .
Hi all! I'm Ami. Summing yourself up in a paragraph is probably the hardest thing ever but here goes.. I'm pretty active, I enjoy the gym, hiking, the beach and just generally being out and about! I'm pretty easy going and friendly and would love to move in with like minded people. I don't mind going out for the occasional drink but I'm also quite likely to be curled up at 9pm on a Friday night with a book and a good cuppa tea, grandma at heart :P haha
Hi there! I'm Josh, I moved to this wonderful town of Newcastle from Adelaide almost a year ago now, and currently work in architecture. I'm pretty relaxed. I enjoy leisurely bike rides, reading, art, breakfast, exploring new places, and low-key probably be happy living in a van if that's an option. I have loved living by myself for a year, but cant wait to meet some new people. :)
We are ideally looking for a large room with our own bathroom, preferably with a backyard or a large deck. My partner will be studying full time and I will be working full time in the health industry.
Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm studying my Masters in Social Work and working in mental health with an NGO. My current real estate (Nextview Property) are happy to rent to me again so If I can find one or two others to live with me, we're good! I'm an amazing housemate and have an indoor rabbit named Margot that spends her days getting pats. She is smart, litter trained and more of a cat-dog. I'm very clean, considerate of all my housemates, responsible, active, enjoy a glass of wine, hanging out and gaming. I am open to living pretty much anywhere from Wallsend to Newcastle.
Mother and daughter (16) both currently studying in Cooks Hill. Uma is a student at Cooks Hill Campus, she is greatly interested in the body, yoga and health and I am currently in my third year of full time study in herbalism. We both get along really well and would love to find a place to call home in the newcastle east/cooks hill area. We are out most days and on the weekends and afternoons we enjoy going to a yoga class, relaxing at home, going for walks and making delicous food! We would love to hear from you!
Hi! We are two German girls studying industrial engineering and management. In July we are going to start our semester abroad at UoN and we are really looking forward to an anwesome time in Newcastle! Hi all. I'm Luka. I'm an active, single guy. I work full time, and usually spend my free time immersed in one of my many outside activities. Easy going and easy to communicate with is an understatement. Hit me up with any questions. I'm an open book.
Hi all, My name is Lara. I'm 19 and looking to move out. I work two hospitality jobs (one does include free pizza) so I won't be home much. I'm an active person but do enjoy a few drinks and being social. And I do also have a kitten but it may be able to stay here.
great cook, handy-electrician, I have two children which visit every second weekend. I enjoy surfing, motor bikes, etc. I used to be a chef and barman so thats where the cook comes from. I have also renovated a house which is where the handy comes from along with the fact that i am a licenced electrician. Additional storage would be handy as i have quite alot of tools etc but not essential.
Just a student trying to make impossible marks whilst supporting himself. Im friendly, respectful, honest and never fail to pay rent on time. I currently live at home and pay my half of rent, food, water, electricity, as well as pay for internet, etc. No stranger to hard work, can't stand negative people. I am currently living in QLD and looking for a place to live around Newcastle, as i am going to study at the university there, come 2018. If you have any questions i will be more than happy to answer them. :)
kelsey and i are looking to find a place relatively close to the university of newcastle as we are both studying there. we are clean and friendly people who are willing to help out around the house. we are easy going and like to have a few drinks and go aout occasionally
Happy, quiet, responsible, pay rent on time, likes and gives respect to others. Keeps active, looking for a long term with all bills included. Prefers not overcrowded places. Close to transport. Likes Pets. I have my own bed, looking for a private room. Not into parties, enjoys day living, walking, gardening at times. The locations 1) in the Newcastle choices have to be close to the Princes Highway to help me catch the 350 bus route bound to Swansea early morning, this bus is frequent during peak times which sets my traveling time very tight during non-peak hours. or 2) In the Revesby area or 3) in North Parramatta or 4) in Bankstown
Hey 🙋🏻 I'm Kim, I am 23 years old have relocated from Dubbo about 9months ago now. I work full time at an employment agency, also have started my first year at UON studying teaching. I am not so much a partier but I do love A casual drink on a hot summer arvo! I'm not looking for just a "room" but more of the homely lifestyle, wanting to live with people who could potentially become long life friends. I have a fun bubbly personality and am easy to get along with. I am clean and tidy person.. If I seem like your new roomie, hit me up I love meeting new people.
This will probably be the most brutally honest flatmate add you will ever read. I am a full time employed person who love my own space so I will stay out of your way a lot but I am happy to have a drink and spend time with a fun flatmate. I love to cook and look after the space. I am pretty house proud. Here is the thing, I am looking for something very specific. I am single and would like to have fun without judgement. I will give and give to the house and the people in it but here are the things I need. A flat mate who ... Must be ok with - sex sounds - muffled screams - lesbian action (I am bi and sometimes enjoy the company of ladies) - jelly wrestling parties - group sex (it's ok, you can join in if you like!!) - BDSM themes Must not be A prude Also, no vegans. Sounds silly but I have loved with people who wouldn't let me cook meat in the house before soooo ... Nope. As you can see I am honest and straight forward ... What you see is what you get !! Male flatmate preferred. Purely because I usually get a long with males better, but I am happy to be proved wrong !! :)) Peace and love
Looking to move into preferably Merewether and surrounding areas to be closer to the beach. I am a bartender so I'm not home most weekends and I'm also a special effects and makeup artist on the side. I love being outside and being active and am generally out with friends if I'm not working. I love animals so if you do have a dog that's even better! Looking to team up aswell so feel free to shoot me a messsge
Hey! :) I'm a clean, friendly person looking for a social household, but I also enjoy my own down time. I'm a uni student studying Primary Teaching and am in my third year. I enjoy playing sports such as basketball and am always up for drinks or movie nights.
Hi I'm nathan, I work in retail and I'm a bit of a quiet guy. I keep to myself sometimes but I always try to be courteous and respectful for others and their property and love to share. I like to read books and the occasional movie or tv show in my spare time
I am 21 and a student studying Physio at uni. I work as a nurse part time, love meeting with friends for coffee, walks along the beach and a bit of fun on the weekends. I'm looking for a nice place in town that I can call home.
I have a 6 year old male border collie, who is a giant lap dog. Whilst I'd prefer to bring him with me, it is not a deal breaker if I can't. I'm quiet, but also enjoy the occasional get together. I'm currently studying B. Psychology at UoN, and work part time in hospitality/kitchens.
Currently studying Oral Health Therapy down at Ourimbah. I am down there 3 days a week and work 2-3 days the rest of the week. I am easy going, tidy/clean and respectful. I am usually a little quieter during the week as I am so busy but happy to socialize on the weekends (definitely not a party animal though). I love the ocean and being outdoors and like to play sports on the weekend/during the week :)
Hi im Hayley, I have recently moved to Newcastle from Mudgee and I will be starting full time work on the 17th of March working Monday to Friday. I have lived out of home for the last 6 years and I have a full house of furniture. I have an Aussie Bulldog named Ralph that will be moving with me. During the day when I'm at work Ralph will be outside however when I am home he usually comes inside to lay around and watch TV, he's toilet trained and generally quite lazy however he does enjoy to have a run around and play fetch. Ideally I'm looking for someone that's great with pets and willing to have him around the house. I'm new to town and would like to meet new friends and build great friendships. I'm Adam, I'm 18 years old, and I am currently studying Fitness at TAFE. I've recently moved into the Newcastle area to increase the chance of getting a full-time job. I am hoping to later get work in the fitness industry but for now, I am aiming for an apprenticeship of some sort as I have a few contacts around this area. My partner, Sara is also 18. She is working part-time at a physiotherapy company as a receptionist. She's also studying flexible hours for a business course. We're both non-smokers and non-drinkers. We're both quiet, neat, and live a healthy lifestyle, and enjoy the beach and the gym. We'd love to make some friends but also happy to keep to ourselves and enjoy our privacy. Together, we're able to pay anything around the $300-350 mark
I'm a 20 year old gal currently finishing my apprenticeship as a chef. I'm super easy going, love being social as well as love having my alone time. You'll catch me on my days off at the beach, hanging out with friends and having a few cold ones after a long week at work but here's just as much of a chance though you'll find me loungin' out watching some Netflix. Hey :) My nickname is Chel. I am looking for a new humble abode as my current house is going on the market and the 2 girls I live with are going separate ways. Would like to live with 1-3 girls that are around my age. Ideally I would love to become friends or at least get along well. In other words movies and wine nights are welcome. But also like having my own space too. I recently finished studying a diploma of business majoring in events management. I have two jobs. One in reception and one in retail. I like bing watching shows like Gilmore girls all the way to Breaking Bad. Favourite foods are lasagne and a good o'l greasy burger. I am all about keeping the communal sections clean. I already own a couch, washing machine, small dining table and small fridge. For team ups. If you choose me I will let you be my guinea pig with the baked goods I make on my days off. I am up for a coffee to see if I am a compatible housemate :)
Hey I'm Tom :) looking for a new start, only lived out of home once for a few months so pretty new to all this! Hoping to move into a place in a pretty nice part of Newy that's fairly close to everything, I have a car so being a little further out isn't a huge issue either. I'm a pretty outgoing and social person, love making new mates :) I'm originally from England and have lived in Aus for just over 5 years now

Hello! I’m Sally, I work part-time and I’m currently in my 3rd year at Uni. Super low maintenance housemate- Clean, tidy and reliable with rent. I’m friendly and easy going but respectful of other’s space. -I’m social and always up for a chat but I don’t want to live in a party house. -I live a balanced lifestyle that involves uni/study, work, down time at home and socialising when I get the chance. Looking for like-minded housemates of a similar age :)
I'm friendly but not intrusive, quiet but not dead, neat and tidy but not to point of OCD. I can cook but I wont take over the kitchen and I clean up as I go.
