Hi 👋 I’m Jess! I’m 27, from the UK and will be relocating to Sydney with work on the 1st October!

I’m a Customer Success Manager at a tech firm, and my job is secure with a steady income (my company is also sponsoring my longer-term visa). My office is in Chippendale, so I’m hoping to find a place nearby.

I’m looking for a fully furnished spot with bills included for about 3–6 months while I settle into Sydney life. I’ve been renting for over 8 years back home, always paid rent on time, and had great relationships with my landlords and housemates. I’m definitely on the clean and tidy side (probably a bit of a clean freak at times), and I’m very respectful of other people’s space. I’m a bit of an extrovert so I love to meet all kinds of new people, but I need my own space and time to re-charge.

Outside of work, I love swimming 🏊‍♀️, cooking 👩‍🍳and going to the gym 💪, and I’m keen to get into running as a fun way to explore Sydney.

I’m really excited to find a place that feels like home whilst I find my feet in the city.
