Hi 👋 I’m Jess! I’m 27, from the UK and recently relocated to Sydney with work.

I work for a software company with an office in Chippendale/Redfern and my company is sponsoring my visa for the next 2-3 years.

I’m looking for a fully furnished spot close to the beach/water with bills included for about 2-3 months from around 1st Dec to middle-end of Feb. Ideally this would be a studio/1-bed but I’m open to sharing/other options.

I’d love to live close to the beach ☀️🏝️ with fairly easy access into the city as I go into the office 3 days a week.

I’ve got a good history of renting back home. Always paid rent on time & have always had great relationships with my landlords & housemates. I’m clean and tidy & always respectful of other people’s stuff and space. I’ve also rented out/sublet my room previously so I know the drill!

I love meeting new people, going on walks, trying new food/restaurants, and going to the beach. I’m also a fan of swimming, cooking and going to the gym where I can.
