Hi! I’m Tiffany, 27, originally from New Zealand but now based in Bondi. I moved here earlier this year and am looking for a peaceful, tidy new place to call home - ideally with good energy, privacy, and respectful vibes.

I work in the media industry, mostly freelance. My schedule is flexible and a mix of working from home and being out and about, so I’m around during the day sometimes, but I’m not glued to the house. I take pride in keeping shared spaces clean, I’m quiet at night, and I genuinely value a calm, considerate living environment.

Outside of work, I’m into Pilates, beach walks, and trying out new bars and restaurants. I’ve been told I’m easy to live with, emotionally self-aware, and good at reading the room.

What I’m looking for:
Somewhere relaxed, clean, and safe. I’m open to a studio or sharing with 1–2 like-minded women. Bonus points if the bedroom is spacious and has an ensuite.
