Maëlys, Anne-Victoire, Alice and Philippine

I am a 23-year-old French woman and I will be coming to Sydney with a Working Holiday Visa on 30 of October, together with three French friends of the same age. We are planning to stay for about 4/5 months and we are looking for an apartment or a house to rent, preferably with four bedrooms, but three bedrooms could also work. We are responsible, respectful, and careful tenants.
Ideally, we would like to live not too close to the city centre and not too close to the beaches, with a preference for areas such as Bondi, Bronte, Randwick, or Coogee.
