Hey!! The name is Kelly, and I am looking for a one bed flat for myself or alternatively a friendly share house! The locations I am looking at are anywhere inner Brisbane CBD, or near a train line. I have a preference for places that are close to parks and cute cafes ! I work full time in HR in the Valley/Spring Hill. I am responsible, pay rent on time, clean and respectful. But I am also a yapper sometimes and don’t mind having a chat over a wine and cheese platter. But also love a good solo Netflix binge so I have a good balance of social/ alone time.
