Allow Me to introduce ourselves! My name is Ryan (25) I am from Scotland,have recently moved out to Australia!

About me I love sports fitness and the outdoors. Whether that's playing Soccer, hitting up the gym or even simply hiking love to be kept active. I also really enjoy to chill simply reading or playing video games are perfect for the rainy days (not expecting much rain tbh haha)

I would also love to take up surfing and hitting up the waves for surrre!

I have got plenty of experience when it comes to living with people. I have previously lived in Whistler (Canada) where I was sharing my living space both having a private room and sharing a room too. I also shared my space when I was in uni back in the uk too!

I am super respectful (especially of your own space) quiet, clean, don't party of smoke and will absolutely respect your rules and boundaries.

Also super sociable and simply cannot wait to meet people, make some new friends for life for sure!! If anyone else wants to possibly join me and be a housemate with I would absolutely be more than happy with that! 🙌

I am ideally looking for a private room for myself in either the cbd or near to the cbd of the city

Whatever you guys have available will be incredible!!

We are looking for a place from the 19th of August and with a budget of $200-350 a week, bill included if possible ideally but can definitely have some wiggle room for the right place most definitely!!
