Jelica and Eloi

Hi! We are Jelica (29) and Eloi (31), a couple looking for a place to rent for long term. Jelica is Peruvian and lived in Germany for the past 7 years, and Eloi is Spanish.
Jelica works in research at UWA and Eloi will arrive in Perth by the end of November to get his C level of English straight, and work in hospitality in parallel.
We are both organized people, we like to keep our spaces neat, we are super easy going, and always responsive when it comes to communicating with our landlords. Jelica has rented places in Germany always keeping the place better than it was given to her, and Eloi owns and rents his apartment in Spain, so he knows the deal on how to behave as a tenant.
