My name is Zac and I’m a full-time working professional( owner of a painting and decorating company in northern beaches suburbs ) , non smoker and drinker, currently looking for a comfortable and friendly place to call home.

I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing. I take pride in keeping shared spaces tidy and being considerate of others’ privacy and routines. I work regular hours, keep a fairly quiet lifestyle, and spend most of my time either working or relaxing.
