We are a quiet, non-smoking couple looking for a bright and peaceful studio to call home. I work full-time in marketing industry, and my husband is currently starting his Master’s degree at the University of Melbourne.

We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean, organized living space and appreciate a home with plenty of natural light.

We lead a quiet lifestyle, don't have pets or children, and spend our weekends traveling or catching up on reading. We are looking for a long-term, stable arrangement.

We will be arriving in Melbourne in the 2nd week of February for an inspection.
