I work in traffic control so I have no set roster, I’ll require the ability to come and go at anytime of the day or night without issue. I will remain quiet and respectful as I enter/exit.

I’m respectful, I clean up after myself, do my own laundry etc.
I am mindful of space and boundaries.

I keep to myself mostly but will always be down for a yarn, a movie or a drink!
I enjoy music, watching NRL and walking.
I go to the gym before coming home to complete uni work and then I cook, clean, shower and sleep. I’m a simple man, quiet and easy going.

I’m looking for a place to suit my lifestyle, somewhere I can be in and out as I please, with street parking or preferably, onsite parking and access to a kitchen and bathroom.

I have an excellent rental history of 3+ years. Rent, bills and bond will not be an issue for me. Everything will always be paid on time.
