Isobel

Hi my name is Isobel. I have lived in Sydney most of my life and was born in England. I am 60+. I am currently looking for something mid term between homes - maybe somewhere with 1 other. Time frame between 2 months and 6 months. It really depends on how close a match we are for house and living together.

I enjoy a peaceful, balanced life having fun, seeing friends and going out to live music. When I'm not doing that I enjoy my own space at home, reading, sitting outside, meditating and watching TV (usually in my own room). I'm also up for a chat and maybe a wine at times when we are both home and around.

I love dogs as well as other animals. I relish good relationships with honesty and connection. My interests include bushwalks, swimming, the beach, good food, self expression (arts), dancing to bands and the odd challenge or adventure. I read books and love movies ranging adventure, sci-fi, period and romantic comedy.

I'm happy with being in the mature years of my life but I'm still very modern, active and adaptable. I am a spiritual person, interested in self development and philosophy.

I used to work in TV and events but now I work part time in administration. I'm currently transitioning to a new job soon..

I am very neat and quiet at home. I like having an elegant cosy house that's clean and tidy. I am responsible and nurturing to my environment - so gardening, maintaining things, cleaning and enjoying my home are important to me. I prefer my own space and definitely need some type of outside grounds or large balcony.

I'm hoping to share with someone who understands I will bring the basics of my favourite stuff with me, so a shelf in the fridge, kitchen, linen closet, and bathroom etc would be a given, as a normal part of sharing a house.
