I am wanting to relocate from sydney to the Wollongong Greater region. Im flexible on price and timing. I am currently studying Counselling and applying for work in the Wollongong area. Although taking a break from work, I am a passionate community services worker who is extremely career orientated.
As im in a more unique situation, I am happy to provide proof of savings and am open to paying up to 3 months rent in advance.
I also have good rental history and can provide references from both private and real estate led prior properties.

Im an introverted extrovert, im passionate about music, art, exercise, camping and gaming. I work unpaid and teach crochet at a women's shelter.
I am a home body and house proud. In my down time I prioritise self care and relaxation. Im approachable and friendly but completely respectful of others space and down time.

I am seeking:
-A self contained unit
-A tiny home
-A granny flat
-Studio with semi detached bedroom
- 1 bedroom properties
-A shared living space with one or potentially more others under the right circumstances, im open to and grateful for most opportunities presented!

I am happy to spend up to $350 p/w before bills. Ideally has parking available, grass to touch, pets are happily welcomed by me, im open to people in unique situations, and again, am in a position to pay in advance.
Im a light smoker hoping to quit.
