Hi, I am a Brisbane tertiary teacher and writer finally moving to Hobart after many years of visits and writing residencies. I’m looking for a roomy share place in easy walking distance of town and Battery Point. I am considerate, tidy, and get along with people well. In general, I can say I am still friends with someone from everywhere I have ever worked or lived. I have also never missed paying a bill in my life, so I'm reliable and organised. I like to chat with the people I live with, but on the other hand, I also spend a good chunk of time alone due to writing. I'd love to have an office space as well as a bedroom, though a larger combined bed-desk space is also fine. Having my own bathroom would be brilliant if possible.
