Hi, I am a Brisbane tertiary teacher and writer moving to Hobart after many years of visits and writing residencies. (I'm changing to a Government sector job in Tas.)
I’m looking for a spacious, already furnished place within an easy 10min walking distance the waterfront. My first preference would be to live in Battery Point. I will not have a car, so a central location with lack of parking is no problem.
I am considerate, tidy, and get along with people well. In general, I can say I am still friends with someone from everywhere I have ever worked or lived. I have also never missed paying a bill in my life, so I'm reliable and organised.
I'd love to have an office space as well as a bedroom, though a larger combined bed-desk space is also fine. Having my own bathroom would be brilliant if possible.
Also very much open to granny flats and self-contained arrangements.
