Hey, I'm a 28F, working full-time as a professional here in Perth and will be available to move in from 11th May 2026. I'm interested in longer term renting but I'm currently looking for an initial short-stay agreement to ensure it's a right fit.

I love outdoor activities like walking, adventuring, swimming, and cycling. When I'm not out exploring, I enjoy being creative, watching films and quality time with loved ones.

I'd prefer to live with one other Housemate in a peaceful, modern, lovely property with outside access in areas South of the river with preference towards areas around Cockburn or South Fremantle.

I prefer open, contemporary spaces where everything is clean, tidy and cozy. I enjoy a balance of social activity and peaceful, quiet time. I'm not a smoker and don't have pets or kids. I love the idea of cooking together and having game nights with my housemates to have a little community but I also like time to myself.

It's important to me to communicate openly and honestly to build connection and resolve conflicts to ensure everyone is happy and comfortable with good vibes in our potential shared home.
