We are a quiet, respectful couple currently searching for a preferably long-term place but will accept short-term place  to call home — ideally a self-contained studio, granny flat, private unit, or small apartment with our own bathroom and preferably a private entrance.

We have been patiently searching for the right home together for around 6 months and are hoping to find somewhere peaceful, well cared for, and suitable for two responsible working adults.

A little about us:

Trent works 6 days a week in Safety & Compliance within the construction industry and maintains a very consistent work routine. I am currently studying Education while also working from home 3 days per week, alongside providing mobile tutoring services to students.

We live a very quiet, clean, and organised lifestyle. We do not smoke, party, or create disruption, and we genuinely take pride in looking after any home as though it were our own.

We understand how important it is for homeowners to feel comfortable and confident in who they invite onto their property, which is why we aim to make things as easy and stress-free as possible.

To help establish trust and security from the beginning, we are prepared to pay 1 month’s rent upfront, plus the first week immediately upon acceptance.

Our preferred rental range is approximately $500–$550 per week, however we can comfortably extend up to $600 per week for the right space, inclusive of utilities if applicable.

We are simply looking for a calm, private place to settle into long term and would be incredibly grateful for any opportunity or consideration.
