🌿 Quiet, clean , Middle age Couple Seeking a Place to Call Home 🌿

Hello! We’re hoping to find a private, self-contained space to call home — ideally a studio, granny flat, or small apartment with its own entrance in the Brisbane city,/ Logan / Beenleigh area.

I’m a 35-year-old full-time worker and part-time student who enjoys cooking, reading, crafting, gentle walks, and living in a calm, organised way. I don’t have pets or children and truly value a clean, peaceful, drama-free home.

Trent works night shift, usually catches up on sleep during the day, he spends his free time with his children;
(from his previous marriage) & we like to have date night once or twice a week —
we are both naturally quiet, respectful, and considerate people.

We are reliable, tidy, and low-maintenance, and would take great pride in caring for your property as if it were our own. Our ideal weekly amount for rent we’d like to pay is $500-$650, however our budget allows up to $750 if the right place presents, & in addition electricity and water is allocated into our weekly budget also.
