We are a respectful, dependable couple currently searching for a private place to call home and would love to hear from anyone with a self-contained studio, granny flat, private unit, small apartment, or similar accommodation available.

Ideally, we are seeking a long-term tenancy where we can settle in and provide stability for both ourselves and the property owner, although we are also open to shorter-term options while we continue our search.
A little about us:
• Trent works full-time in Safety & Compliance within the construction industry and has secure, consistent employment with a regular six-day work schedule.
• I am currently studying Education while working part-time from home and providing mobile tutoring services.

We lead a quiet, low-maintenance lifestyle and take great pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and well-cared-for home. We do not party, smoke, or create disturbances, and we treat any property we live in with the same care and respect as if it were our own.
