I am a 24f and my partner 25m relocating to GC from regional FNQ. We love the GC lifestyle, beaches, hinterland, cafes. We both work in healthcare so are busy and looking for a flatmate who is quiet, clean and respectful, preferably a student / ft worker so we are on similar schedules.
