I’m a 30 year old Kiwi living and working full-time in Sydney. I’ve been here for nearly a year and my lease is ending soon. I’m looking for a sublet or periodical for at least 6 months in Coogee, Randwick, or Bondi.

I have spent most of my adult life flatting and enjoy the chill, friendly vibes of communal living. As a head tenant of both my current place and two of my previous flats in Wellington, I understand the importance of bills and cleanliness and pride myself of being a kind and reliable flatmate.

I currently work both a full-time and a casual job which keeps me pretty busy. In my spare time, I keep very active with gym, running, football, and hiking. I love the social vibe of a flat but also tend to view my living space as a peaceful place to recover from the chaos and chill so am very respectful of other’s need to do the same.

Ideally looking to move into a new place mid-November as that is when my lease ends but willing to be flexible for the right place. I am also able to furnish my own room, if needed.
