🌟 Looking for a room in Sydney 🌟

Hi everyone! I’m a 21-year-old Estonian woman on a working holiday visa, and I’m working full-time as a pastry demi chef in the Opera House. I’m looking for a room to rent starting 31st of January as my current lease is coming to an end. I also have a car so I need the place to have a space for parking.
I am planning to stay until the middle/end of march!

📍 Preferred areas:

•North Sydney
•Drummoyne
•Rozelle
•Redfern
•Surry hills
•Pyrmont
•Glebe
•Darlinghurst
•Paddington
•Ultimo
•Chippendale

…but I’m also open to other areas that are a reasonable distance from the Opera House and have good transport connections to other parts of Sydney

• Love fine dining, exploring new places, and spending time at the beach 🏖️
• Active lifestyle: I enjoy the gym and running 🏃‍♀️
• Social but also value personal space – I’d love a homestay or flatmate setup where we can occasionally share interests, cook or explore together, but also respect each other’s downtime
• Non-smoker, no pets, no kids

📆 Length of stay: 2 months
💸 Budget: Ideally $300–350/week, with a max of $400/week.
