Hi, I currently own a home in Forrestfield, which I plan to rent out. With the costs of maintaining a mortgage on my own, I’ve tried sharing house in the past but quickly realised I value having my own space. That’s why I’m looking for a small unit or granny flat closer to my workplace.

I’m a quiet, respectful, and friendly person who enjoys a simple lifestyle, mostly working, relaxing with TV/phone, and staying lightly active. I really value a calm and tidy space.

I’ve been both a tenant and, briefly, a landlady (6 months), so I understand the importance of respecting someone’s property and leaving it in excellent condition.
