Hey!

I’m Declan - I’m moving to Perth on October 8th for work and on the hunt for a place to call home. I’m open to all kinds of setups as long as there’s good energy, mutual respect, and a clean space to come back to.

I work in sales/recruitment, run an online business on the side, and I’m pretty much always on the go - gym, long-distance swimming, sauna, paddle boarding, you name it. Honestly, I’m barely home. But when I am, I like to keep it tidy and chill. I’m not the party type, more of a “recover and recharge” kinda guy with a movie or early night.

Big bonus if you’re into paddle boarding - I’ve got a few boards and always keen to explore new spots or be shown around Perth (I’m new here!).
