Looking for accommodation while working on the Gold coast.
I am home owner and own property on the Sunshine Coast.
I work long hours in the construction industry. I am usually out the door by 5.30 am and don't get home until 6.00 pm. I am seeking a place from Sunday night to Friday morning and return to my own home on the weekends. I am a private conservative person and would prefer to keep to myself mostly but that is not to say I'm unsociable. I would rather not share bathroom/ toilet but am flexible on that. Off street parking is a must for me. I will only be using kitchen for reheat of my meals which I prepare at home and to make my daily lunches fresh. I'm independent and supply all my own cooking/cleaning items except vacuum and bed which I can bring but rather borrow if it's not much trouble. I'm respectful of your property and belongings and am ultimately seeking a nice safe place to sleep,shower and eat during weekday nights.
