Hey, I’m Aly! I’m in my 20s, a full-time business student and work as a professional pastry chef at a high-end restaurant in the city. I wasn’t born in Sydney, but I’ve been here for almost three years now and have really come to love it. I’m definitely a morning person. Give me a cup of tea and some quiet time and I’m happy. On my days off, I’m usually café or restaurant hopping (strictly for research, of course!), or keeping active with lifting, yoga, walks and the occasional dance class. I’m also naturally tidy and a big clean-as-you-go person.

I’m looking for somewhere to settle into for around 6–12 months as I move on from a place I’ve called home for a while. I’d love to find a sharehouse with lovely people who are social, fun and up for the occasional dinner, drink or spontaneous plan, while still having their own lives and space. More than anything, I’d love a home that feels warm and comfortable. Somwhere we actually enjoy coming back to, rather than just a place we happen to live.
