Hi Everyone,
Currently looking for a room to rent somewhere between Palm beach and Manly (and inland as far as roughly Ingleside/Forestville). I'm a full-time professional with a fairly busy work schedule, so I'm most often out of the house, and keep to myself in my room when I’m home. I'm frequently travelling to my property interstate too, so not around much, but always happy to have a chat and a laugh together when I am.
I'm a friendly, clean, responsible, easygoing person, and am mindful of personal space and privacy. I also value similar traits in a housemate, for a comfortable relaxed living atmosphere.
