I'm a 32YO doctor/lecturer from the UK, coming to Australia for the first time. Aiming to start work nearby in Feb 2026. I'm looking for a room in either a houseshare, or as a lodger with a family (which is what I've done most often). I'll be in my position for 2 years at least so flexible with length. I'm a meticulously clean and considerate housemate. I work a lot, but I'm fairly easygoing and sociable as well. Happy to provide details of previous housemates/landlords if needed.

Keen to hear from current houseshares or families as well as individuals looking to buddy up. House or flatshare ideally with a max of 2 other people. Very open to pets (huge fan of cats), non-smoker. From a large family so don't mind kids at all either.
