I have a very well-trained, when she wants to be, a Border-Kelpie 2.5yo, (15kg) she has been helping raise chickens for the past 6-months, good with cats, and kids. (She loves attention)

I have an almost 3-year-old grandson. I don't drink very often, don't smoke or touch any drugs. I have a myriad of Tools, very handy around the house.

We are after somewhere to call home. I have been in the same place for 8.4 years, and well, life happens, and it's time for a fresh start. I have been disabled for the past 16 years and have recently regained much freedom to function freely. I do have heaps of stuff If a team-up works, but simplifying my life is possible if required.
We require a fenced yard, NBN, and a Pool would be a bonus this year and we must have AC.
