Hey folks

I love music, I can cook a little (16-years as a chef), I love board games, and playing guitar with and without headphones, and I am currently working as an Electrical appliance technician.
I'm slightly introverted, very easy-going, looking to maintain a happy, easy-going life where I can help people, happy to cook, I'm always cleaning, chef habit.

I have a very well-trained, Border-Kelpie 3yo, (15kg) she is very, quiet, good with cats, chickens, and kids. (She loves attention and the Frisbee.)

I have an 3-year-old grandson, with a second due by July. (need to be closer) I don't drink very often, don't smoke or touch any drugs. I have a myriad of Tools, very handy around the house.

We are after somewhere to call home. After 16yrs of the Western freeway at peak hour, I need a Northern change, I use to call Enoggera home. I do have heaps of stuff If a team-up works, but simplifying my life is possible if required. All we require is a fenced yard, NBN, and a Pool would be a bonus,

I'm open to areas from Taringa/Kenmore to Wavell Heights, Banyo, or out to Ferny Hills. pretty wide net. happy to do all yard work, any most basic repairs in plastering, painting, electrical.
the biggest item I own that I want to keep is my deep freeze, inside or out. its 500L to help the whole house. its very economical, brand new. converts to a fridge

I have spent the last 10 years in one house, as the property manager for a private landlord and 4 properties around Indro and Jindalee, all good things come to an end.
