Hey there, here’s what I’m looking for and a bit about me:

What I’m looking for:

- Move-in date about the End of November t, ideally, but I can get an Airbnb to bridge a small gap
- share a house, I am flexible
- Walking distance to the beach is ideal, but not a deal breaker
- Roomy
- A quiet home, I will be more than happy to have people around
- I love to trade the financial Market ( Forex ). I will be glad to see Similar-minded people,

Who I am:

- Skilled Mig, Mag and Tig Welder, 35 years old.

- I’m single
- I’ve travelled a lot and still try as much as possible. British/South African.
- Happy to socialise and meet new people
- Keen for most indoor or outdoor activities and to just hang out at the beach.
- I do enjoy my own space during the week after work, but also happy to chill in common areas if something's happening.
- I meal prep for the whole week, so I don’t cook every night.
- Would prefer a cleaning schedule and a roster for buying communal things to avoid unnecessary discussions. I’d prefer being on the same wavelength as what we expect from each other, and I'm happy to discuss in a friendly way, depending on the house agreements :)
- I’m efficient, clean and neat in communal areas.
- I’ve lived in share-houses for 10years, so I’ve seen it all!
