Hi, I’m looking for a housemate preferably sharing a 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms apartment. I work full time in my office in Wynyard as an analyst. I’m currently living alone in a 1 bedroom by myself in St Leonards and the owner is looking to sell the place. My move out and or move in date is anytime with 3 weeks notice period and I have my own furnitures to bring. I can provide a couch/sofa bed, new fridge, new washing machine, coffee table, TV. Super clean and tidy person so looking for a housemate who is similar and also a non-smoker please. I’m quiet, respectful, and can be very easygoing too.
