Hello I am a working holiday gal from the US getting acclimated to Brisbane. I am looking for a place to make a home away from home. I live by the principle of leaving a place better than you found it. I pride myself in being a neat and considerate flatmate that respects boundaries and shared spaces and would like a prospective flatmate to hold the same values.

I am a nurse working with an agency which can range from day and night shifts. Once I get off work, I ideally would like a quiet place to unwind but would not mind a shared meal and chat :) On my free time, I like to go on walks, have a beach day, and discover new restaurants/cafes/bars. Some goals of mine are to be more consistently active (pilates/running), expand my cooking skills, and plan mini getaways to explore this wonderful country!

I am looking for a private bed + bath with an in-unit washer and/or dryer, A/C included, preferably furnished, and flexibility with stay. I am open to about 6 months with the possibility of extending. I also rely on public transit to get around so being near the bus/train/ferry would be a necessity. I am open to other suburbs if there's a reasonable route for me to get to work.
