Hi, I’m Cody.

I work from home as a 3D modelling artist and also work doing Uber and Door Dash deliveries. My schedule is generally pretty flexible, and I spend a lot of time working quietly on my computer when I’m at home.

I have a one-year-old cat who is fully litter trained and well behaved. I’m mainly looking for a calm, comfortable place where I can focus on work and relax with my cat.

I’m easygoing, respectful of shared spaces, and mindful of other people’s downtime and privacy. I’m happy to have friendly conversations with housemates, but I also appreciate a peaceful home environment where everyone can do their own thing.

I’m a non-smoker and I don’t drink alcohol or use drugs
