Hi, I’m Cody. 🙂

I work from home as a Creative Professional Artist freelancer and also work doing Uber and Door Dash deliveries on my bike. My schedule is generally pretty flexible, and I spend a lot of time working quietly cleaning, or cooking when im home.

I have a one-year-old indoor cat who is fully litter trained and well behaved. I’m mainly looking for a calm, comfortable place where I can focus on work and relax with my cat.

I’m easygoing, respectful of shared spaces, and mindful of other people’s downtime and privacy. I’m happy to have friendly conversations with housemates, but I also appreciate a peaceful home environment where everyone can do their own thing.

I’m a non-smoker and I don’t drink alcohol or use drugs 😁
