Hi, I’m Mel, 46, single, and I have made a big leap from mainland, packed my two dachshunds in the car after selling my house full of furniture after raising my son as single mum, and empty nester, at crossroads. I’ve been here for a year with family out at bushy park and I have found it impossible to rent anywhere affordable with two (non barking… I hate that) but friendly house trained dachshunds.. who will never let a stranger come to break in/steal or not identify them as being on the property… which personally as a female I don’t mind) I’m extremely clean and tidy, quiet but don’t mind a bit of a laugh, with a wine while cooking dinner. Cooking is my favourite thing to do when I have someone to cook for (otherwise it’s a glance at the fridge and if there’s a block of top deck, and it’s just me, it’s the chocolate…. I am not moody or noisy, respectful and looking for flatmates who don’t mind two little dogs in the background and I love to garden have more tools than clothes and can renovate, do all sorts of handiwork and work with my hands. Am administration professional and remedial massage therapist and not currently working (establishing a base first) but looking to go back soon.
